Returns Policy
Time Limit: Returns are only accepted within 1 business day.
Defect/Damage: Returns are accepted only in case of any damage or defect in the product. The customer just needs to email us photos of the product to ensure about the damage or defect before processing for return. We will refund the full amount in case of defect damage.
Sizing Issue: In case of any sizing issue from the buyer side, a 30% payment will be deducted from your total paid amount. if we deliver the wrong size, we will refund the full amount and the product will be returned.
Product Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition and similar packing.
Shipping: Customer will pay for the shipping in case of return.
Order Cancelation: if order cancelation is claimed within 24 hours after placing the order, the customer has to pay Bank fees conversion charges.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
